Eastbrook Healthcare Center is proud to offer our residents a ventilator care until that opened July 1st, 2019. This unit will care for those that are ventilator dependent, in need of vent weaning or are in need of vent dialysis.
Our experienced rehabilitation team is committed to providing outstanding results and excellent quality of care. Residents are empowered through individualized programs to reach goals of increased independence and ability. Resident families are also encouraged to participate in therapy sessions, caregiver education, and training.
