Explanation of Entrance Fee Options:
- NON-REFUNDABLE OPTION:
- The entrance fee is non-refundable to the resident’s estate, except in the event that the resident dies within the first year, in which case the entrance fee reduces by 1/12th per month.
- In the event the resident leaves within the first 50 months, the entrance fee reduces at 2% per month.
- 50% REFUNDABLE OPTION:
- 50% of the entrance fee is refundable to the resident or the resident’s estate, regardless of the length of their residence.
- The entrance fee reduces at 2% per month for 25 months if the resident leaves within that time, and reduces 1/12th per month if the resident dies within the first six months.
Rates in the Dunwoody Village Care Center for all non-residents:
- Personal Care: $370 / day ($11,100 / 30 day monthly rate)
- Memory Care: $435 / day ($13,050 / 30 day monthly rate)
- Skilled Nursing Care: $530 / day ($15,900 / average monthly rate)

Currently, we have limited Studio and 1BR apartments available; 2BR apartments have a 3-year waiting list; other homes have a much longer waiting period – anywhere from 5 to 8 years for country homes depending on the style unit and up to 10 years for our carriage homes.
