Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training
Our team comprises caregivers, RN delegated Med Techs, and our Wellness Director, who is an LVN. We are proud to have Austin Geriatric Specialists as our medical director, with a nurse practitioner available in the community twice a week. Our staff undergoes rigorous training to ensure the highest level of care and expertise.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we conduct daily checks and have a personalized care plan for each individual. The community is equipped with cameras, and residents have access to pendants for immediate assistance. The building is secured every evening at 7 pm.
Support Services for New Residents
We offer a welcoming committee of resident ambassadors to help new residents transition smoothly into the community. Our staff and ambassadors work together to ensure new residents feel at home, encouraging participation in activities and community life.
Transportation Services
Our transportation services include weekly trips to HEB, monthly outings, and reserved bus services for medical appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Dining Experience
Our dining service is restaurant-style, with two specials for lunch and dinner, in addition to a regular menu. Dining hours are set for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with servers attending to residents' orders.
