Our goal is to alleviate the burdens of taxes, maintenance, and HOA fees, providing a carefree living environment.
We offer an array of on-site amenities designed to cater to the needs and preferences of our residents. This includes a salon, physical and occupational therapy, a physicians group, and visits from specialists such as foot doctors, dermatologists, and audiologists. Our comprehensive approach allows residents to age in place, with options for Independent Living, assisted living, and memory care all available on-site.
Maintenance and Moving Assistance
Our maintenance team is always ready to address any issues, ensuring that residents' lives are as convenient as possible. Additionally, we collaborate with move management groups and movers to provide no-obligation quotes and assistance with the moving process, from packing to setting up the new apartment, offering a seamless transition for our newest residents.
Inclusive Monthly Rent
The monthly rent covers all utilities, cable, WIFI, weekly housekeeping, and transportation for doctor's appointments, shopping trips, and church visits. This comprehensive package is designed to meet the diverse needs of our residents, ensuring a comfortable and convenient lifestyle.
Flexible Dining Options
Our unique Flex Spend plan offers residents a monthly credit of $375 for dining. With complimentary continental breakfast, lunch in the Bistro, and dinner in the dining room, residents have the freedom to choose where and how they dine. Unused credits can be applied towards other services, providing flexibility and value.
Experience Our Community
Prospective residents are invited to participate in our BE Our Guest program, which allows them to stay in our community for a night and a day to experience firsthand what we have to offer. We are a pet-friendly community with a lovely dog park and offer annual vaccination clinics on-site. Although there is a waitlist for our larger apartments, we currently have the one-bedroom/one-bath Aurora and the two-bed/two-bath Belmont available. As we approach our fourth year, we anticipate more openings as some residents transition to our assisted living facilities.

We are a newer community that opened up in the middle of covid. That was a tough beginning but we are doing amazing. We are nearly full and this is a wonderful place to call home. Being new means we are built to code and are concrete construction with hurricane windows and doors. Modern and bright, many of my tours have remarked how we feel like a vacation or a cruise without the water.
