Availability Update
We are currently about 98% full. We do have a couple of one-bedroom apartments available, but we do have a waitlist on our two-bedroom apartments currently.

We are a gated community with exit doors that are locked from the outside. Our residents get key fobs to be able to get in and out of them. We also have a Concierge on-site from 7 AM-11 PM Monday through Friday, and from 7 AM -7 PM Saturday and Sunday.
Resident Ambassador Program
To help individuals acclimate to our community, we have a Resident Ambassador program that acts like a buddy system for new residents.
Transportation Services
Transportation is included in our monthly rent within a 10-mile radius for individual errands or doctor appointments.
Dining Experience
Something that sets our community apart from anywhere else is our Scratch Kitchen dining room. We are able to accommodate any special dietary needs and food allergies. Our residents get two meals a day included in their monthly rent. Breakfast and a choice between Lunch and Dinner are included. Lunch and Dinner are four-course meals with soup, salad, entrée, and dessert.
Maintenance and Support
If you have any issues with anything in your apartment, we have a maintenance team that will take care of all your needs. If there is a complaint regarding anything else, our Executive Director has an open-door policy.

Future Developments
Because we are so full, we do not offer respite or short-term stays. However, we are adding Assisted Living and Memory Care on the East side of our property to be open beginning of 2025 and we will most likely be offering respite options in the new building.

We do schedule and offer vaccine clinics in-house throughout the year.
Discover Independent Living at Discovery Village at Castle Hills
Discovery Village at Castle Hills offers an independent environment for adults 55 and older with spacious one- and two-bedroom apartment home choices in a safe community setting. Our residences are beautifully designed with full kitchens, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, walk-in closets, and a full-size washer/dryer.
Lifestyle and Amenities
We offer daily social, learning and fitness programs, happy hour each day at 3:00 PM, and live entertainment on Fridays. Our residents enjoy a very active country-club lifestyle at a very affordable price! Currently we are running some amazing red tag specials, and I would love to bring you in to tour and have lunch with us to experience our community up close!
