Please do not settle on this facility, and keep looking elsewhere. The building itself is in poor shape, and very little of the facilities revenue goes into updating any aspect of it for resident comfort. Air conditioning/heating systems are very outdated as well as most all other amenities. Facility food prep areas are poorly sanitized, with ongoing pest/rodent issues. Very large staff turnover in all departments, and just poor communication all around. Unless you can visit your loved one in person frequently to monitor, they will not receive quality care on a consistent basis, and will be absolutely miserable.
