What a great lunch the chef at Country Meadows made for us at the re-launched senior center in Woodburn. Our grand opening was March 17, 2023. Such big, wonderful turkey sandwiches, potato salad, and homemade chocolate chip cookies. It was so good!

My grandmother says it's a very nice place with friendly staff and incredible dining options.
Visited Country Meadows Village a week ago. Unfortunately, my mother passed away the morning of the move date. The staff was very understanding and returned our check in full with genuine condolences.

This village has everything you need or want for your loved ones. They have been the most caring.
If I could give this place negative stars I would! I worked for this very poorly managed facility for almost 2 years. Employees are constantly bullied by the assistant administrator & LPN. The only reason this place is still afloat is because of the phenomenal CAREGIVERS.
Nice retirement facility. Two large, nice salt water tanks in main lobby.
I have my hair cut and colored in the Salon. Kevin Easter is wonderful.
Great community to live in. Beautiful, comfortable rooms. Friendly, caring staff. Everything you need for your loved ones.
