Unless you would like to give your loved one a lobotomy first (So they are unaware of what is transpiring), don’t subject them to this treatment. The positive reviews are written by internal staff so you can’t get an accurate picture online for what the facility is. The necrosis of this company starts at the top and trickles down. They may have some good apples within the company who do not know about it, but all in all, once you really begin to research the individuals running the company you find out real quick, they only care about the monies they can acquire. They are a for-profit business first and foremost. There are even a number of different names you will find attached to this company as a shell game. The ongoing’s underneath the company heads are either not believed or aren’t taken seriously. If you enter the facility and see Latinas are the main group of employees…run. These employees use the facility as their home away from home. They use the laundry services as their own. Most who work the graveyard shift sleep at the facility. Some have their permanent mailing address located there and others siphon food from the kitchen. Food for the residents. They all speak Spanish together to hide how abrasive they are towards the residents. It is a foul place. Staff are moved around within the company to hide their behavior towards certain individuals. Amongst this review, and all the other negative reviews, you should consider yourself warned.
