Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
Today we do not have a waiting list but this can change rapidly.
Could you share pricing and any other general information?
Attached is the pricelist.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
All staff go through state mandated training along with ongoing yearly facility training. We have RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, and site trained staff comprise the direct care staff. We do not use nursing pool staff.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
All of our cottages are secured and all staff are trained according to state regulations.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We have Resident Service Coordinators for all cottages, they do a wonderful job in transition into the community along with the care staff in each cottage.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
No.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
All food is prepared in our commercial kitchen on site and delivered to each cottage for all 3 meals. If a meal offered on the menu is not preferred, we can offer other options.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
We do offer respite care for 3 weeks or longer- price list attached.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes. Today we do not have a waiting list but this can change rapidly.
