Cortland Healthcare Center, established in 1997, is located in the small community of Cortland, just north of Youngstown, Ohio. Our skilled nursing home in Cortland sits on more than 12 beautiful acres that feature a pond and rolling fields, giving patients a scenic view from the comfort of their suites. Our senior care patients enjoy many activities, including the Main Street Fall Decoration Competition, annual holiday celebrations, casino trips, car shows, family reunion picnics, fishing outings and more! Our senior living community is conveniently located near several hospitals and State Route 11 outside of Warren, Ohio, making visits from family and friends an easy and enjoyable trip.
Cortland Healthcare offers a number of senior care services such as skilled nursing care, senior rehab services and respite care. We also offer outpatient therapy and the option to transition to long-term skilled nursing care. We nurture a caring environment and welcome our frequent visits from local preschool students and certified therapy dogs.
