Caregiver and Nursing Staff Information
We have caregivers that work for an in-house subcontracted Home Care company. They are vetted and have training in caregiving services. The nursing assistants are all certified.
24/7 Staff Availability
We have staff 24/7 at the front desk, as well as, caregivers and nurses aids in the building 24/7.
Welcome and Transition Support
We have a welcoming committee, a residents services coordinator, and an activity coordinator to help make the transition for the new resident.
Transportation Services
We offer transportation on our bus to stores, banks, etc.
Dining Experience
The dining room is restaurant style with a full menu and wait staff. It’s open from 7am to 6pm so a resident can eat when they want.
Resident Concerns and Incident Reports
A resident can speak with any of the managers to voice concerns and we review any incident reports within 24hrs and follow up.

Resident Information and Family Communication
Every resident has a current updated face sheet with emergency contacts and POAs. We also do an at-risk meeting every week of residents to let families know if the care needs of their family member has changed.
Residency Terms
We do NOT offer short term respite stays. Our minimum lease is 90 days.
Pet Policy
We don’t allow dogs but cats and birds are good.
