Overview of Staff and Training
Our clinical staff consists of resident care aids or CNA’s and Med-techs. Care aids are trained by our staff, while med-techs must complete a course to dispense medications. All our staff are overseen by a nurse who is an LPN.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We create individualized care plans for our residents and perform more frequent checks on those with higher levels of care based on their care plan. We also have a 24-hour pendent system for resident safety.
Support Services for Residents' Transition
Before a resident moves in, we prepare a life story and care needs document to share with staff. The resident services director follows up with new residents daily to help them acclimate to the community.
Transportation Services
We provide transportation to doctor appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Dining Experience
Our dining program is restaurant-style and includes an always available menu offering many choices to residents.
Addressing Resident Complaints and Issues
We maintain an open door policy for residents to voice concerns at any time and hold a resident council once a month.
Cost of Living
The monthly rate depends on the apartment chosen and the level of care needed, as determined by an assessment. Attached are the rates.
Communication with Residents' Families
We have an open-door policy with families, providing management team emails and contact numbers for ease of communication through email, calls, or texts.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Respite stays cost $150 a day in Personal care and $225 a day in Memory care, with a 30-day minimum and subject to room availability.
Pet-Friendly Community
We welcome pets with a one-time move-in fee and a monthly charge of $25.
Accommodations and Waitlist
We offer personal care and memory care accommodations. Currently, there is no waitlist for Personal care, but we have just started a waitlist for Memory care.
