My mother moved in this facility 1 month ago. The med tech and aids are absolutely wonderful however way toooften they are working alone with no help leaving 1 med tech and 1 aid for approximately 30 residents. The facility itself is very nice and clean. The employees are all so nice!
Management very poor , you are often on the floor by yourself as an aid , you have one Med Tech, to service the entire building, they have no leadership only dictatorship, they have gone to 12 hour shifts and how are you going to do 12 when you don't have people for 8 ,oh yeah work the hell out of the ones you have until you burn them out or run them.off sad
Great company to work for however one employee I been her name is Denae I'm not sure what her name is but in the year 2012-2013 she was charge handing out the pay checks rumours spurred that she was stealing money from the company and documenting false deductions on payroll checks and stealing money.
These folks are the best. Love what they do & the folks they do it for, their residents, & it shows. Helpful, friendly, caring, giving, loving & the list goes on. Totally a God thing we ended up here, He sure knew what was needed & when! He's always on time. A new life for my precious adopted mom & one she's enjoying living now! Thank you C.H. for being who you are, it's noticed & appreciated by outsiders & residents alike !
The first time I visited Churchland House, I knew this was where I wanted my 92 year old grandmother to reside. This facility has so much energy from the time you walk through the door and it starts with the staff. The facility is very clean, bright and welcoming. The staff members are professional and treat each resident and family member with respect and dignity. Leaving my grandmother here was the hardest decision I ever made, but I have peace of mind knowing she's well cared for here.
I thank God everyday for finding Churchland House. Everyone on the staff at C.H. are my mothers guardian angels. Before residing at Churchland House, my moms health was deteriorating fast. Now it is like she has a new life. She is never alone and when she needs help, someone is always there. We can sleep well at night knowing that she is well taken care of. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!
