We currently have an RN and 3 Certified Dementia Practitioners on site, as well as LPNs, CNAs, and Med Techs. We re-train our employees weekly.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Our Memory Care Neighborhood is locked so those with Dementia are kept safe.
Transition Support Services
Yes, we offer 20 hours of personal companion services during the first week of residency.
Transportation Services
Yes, physician appointments are scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday – transportation is provided at no additional cost.
Dining Experience
Our dining room is open from 7AM – 7PM daily. We contract with 35 local farms so the produce is fresh.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Our doors are always open to residents and their families to hear their concerns. They can also fill out a grievance form which we will immediately address as well.

We use an app called SMILE. Through this, we share stories and photos of our residents on a weekly basis.

Yes, we provide respite stays at a minimum of 30 days. The cost is $19/day in addition to the daily rate provided on the rate sheets.
