Our Community Services for 55+ Seniors
Our community services the 55+ senior population providing independent and assisted living accommodations. We have beautiful courtyards with covered patios and a pool. There are many indoor common areas as well that we encourage our residents to enjoy with their family and friends. With over 200 activities and events monthly there is sure to be an interest for your loved one to participate and stay social and engaged.
Accommodations at Collier Park
Collier Park has the same apartment floor plans in both independent and assisted living ranging from a studio (395 sq. ft.) to a large 2 bedroom (1130 sq. ft.), pending vacancies. Our monthly rental rates are established in a way that our residents need to worry about nothing other than staying engaged, making new friends, and enjoying their lives. Rental rates include utilities with extended basic cable/WiFi (phone excluded), housekeeping weekly, 3 meals daily served in our restaurant-style dining hall, transportation provided anywhere within 10-mile radius and 200+ activities/events/outings. An emergency alert pendant is included in the monthly rental rates for all residents.
Assisted Living Care
Assisted living residents will be evaluated prior to moving in by our Wellness Director, Pam Taylor, RN. She will be able to determine the care level and medication level that your loved one may need. These levels are assessed periodically to ensure that our residents are always receiving the exact type and amount of care they will need. The cost for care and medication management are in addition to rental rates.
Respite Stay at Collier Park
Collier Park also offers Respite stay. Our respite apartment is in the Independent area of our community. The guest has access to all amenities that the residents have such as three meals daily, transportation (with 24-hour notice to the concierge) and all activities. The respite apartment is a small one bedroom, fully furnished and includes linen and kitchen supplies so there is no need to bring anything other than what you would bring to a hotel, we have the rest covered for you! We find that when someone stays Respite with us, they love the senior living community lifestyle because of the convenience, maintenance free living and abundance of activities and social events. Forever homes and friends can be found at Collier Park.
