How is each level of care determined?
A pre-residency Quality of Life Assessment (QLA) determines the most appropriate Level of Care from among three objective senior housing industry standards of assisted living treatment and cost.
Just prior to move-in, the QLA is administered by a Clarendale of Mokena qualified registered nurse, who then determines which of the four Levels of Care is best suited to the current physical and cognitive needs of your loved one.

Professional Staff and Training
Our staff includes RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, and trained caregivers who are part of our Clinical Team. We also have a nurse available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which exceeds the state regulation for Illinois.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have emergency/call buttons, cameras around the building, and a Concierge available 7 days a week from 8am to 7pm.
Transition Support Services
We offer an Ambassador Program to help residents transition into the community, which is available out of pocket for extra attention.
Dining Experience
Our dining options include two restaurants, one open from 7am to 7pm daily and the other from 4pm to 7pm. We offer a choice of 2 entrees at every meal, plus an always available menu with 9 additional items.

The 2023 pricing for living in our community starts at $5399 to $7190, plus a Level of Care cost that begins at $900 to $2100.
