  • City View La Description

Home really is one of the nicest words, and when you enter CityView, you’ll know you’ve found it right here. A healthy, dynamic and satisfying lifestyle awaits seniors at our upscale residence. CityView is large enough to offer ample opportunity for socializing and small enough that you won’t feel like you’re living in a big chain community.

Our beautifully decorated senior community is adjacent to Beverly Hills and Hollywood, close to freeways, Cedars-Sinai, Kaiser, and area places of worship. Residents enjoy living in one of the most desirable areas in all of Southern California amid an abundance of classic Los Angeles architecture, landmarks and attractions including The Grove, the Original Farmer's Market and Museum Row. , Our Mid-City location makes it as easy to get to the beach as it is to get downtown affording CityView residents the opportunity to take advantage of the best of LA.

CityView is one of three locally-owned sister communities located in Mid-City, each with its own personality and features, but all sharing the common goal of service excellence. Garden of Palms is our Kosher community located on Fairfax Avenue with 65 suites of assisted living and memory care. Melrose Gardens is our quieter, residential community with 40 well appointed units on Martel Avenue. CityView is our newest property with 50 upscale Assisted Living apartments and 30 Memory Care studios. They are all run by a local management team who are committed to providing responsive care to you and your loved one.

CityView offers a range of living options including independent, assisted living, and memory care. The Court is CityView's separate Memory Care wing that provides a safe living environment for those residents with Alzheimer’s, and other related forms of memory loss. The 3rd floor is dedicated to caring for residents with early stage memory loss. The 4th floor serves the needs of those in the later stages of Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
