The determination of care levels is based on a comprehensive assessment that considers the residents' needs, preferences, and care plan. This innovative assessment tool offers an impartial evaluation of each resident, leading to the creation of a personalized care plan. This approach enables residents and their families to pay only for the specific amount of care and assistance that is essential or requested.
