We are an independent living community and do not have staff trained as caregivers. We have two couples that serve as live-in managers to assist in case of emergencies.

Our facility is equipped with a fire/smoke detection and sprinkler system. Hallway exit doors lock automatically upon closing, while our main doors remain unlocked during business hours. After hours, entry is secured by card key access, provided to each resident.

We offer support through resident ambassadors to help newcomers acclimate, alongside staff dedicated to making residents feel at home.

Our Monthly Rent Includes:
Three chef-prepared meals each and every day, served restaurant style; we provide weekly housekeeping, as well as linen and towel service (and yes, we make the beds!). We have private transportation to doctor appointments as well as to group outings and events… and so much more!
Independent Living with Comprehensive Support:
While we are Independent Living, we do have on-site physical, speech and occupational therapy, along with home care services. Should the need arise, our resident can contract with these agencies as they age in place. We have two sets of live-in managers so there will be someone available 24/7 should an emergency arise.
All-Inclusive Monthly Rent:
For one low, all-inclusive monthly rent, our residents can ease into aging in a supportive environment!
