Located in a residential neighborhood, our Willmar campus features two independent living options: Centennial Square and Sunrise Village Independent. They are just minutes from medical centers, hospitals, cafes, supermarkets, public transportation and active senior citizen centers.
Centennial Square has 40 beautiful apartments, each approximately 540 square feet, developed to meet the growing need for income-based senior housing. Residents must be at least 62 years old and meet specific income guidelines. Centennial Square was built with funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as a Section 202 supportive housing project for older adults.
Centennial Square offers a high level of independence combined with security and freedom from the responsibilities of yard work, snow removal and maintenance.
