Rates Overview
Rates begin at $6,500 for a companion suite and $9,100 for a private suite. Please review the rate sheet attached for a breakdown of our level of care rates and for information on our Respite Stays.
Respite Stay Rates
Respite rates start at $216 per day. An assessment would be done to determine the level of care needed. The attached price list will list all rates and information on Community Fees.
Room Furnishings
All rooms come furnished with a full-size bed, nightstand, and lamp. However, if you choose to provide your own furnishings, you may do so.

Cedarbrook is a family owned and operated community offering a secured assisted living that specializes in people suffering from memory loss. We are located at 1425 E Nees Avenue, Fresno, California 93720. We have a Licensed Nurse onsite 24 hours/7 days a week as well as Activities 7 days a week. The community offers a bright, lively atmosphere for socializing, and engaging in activities of daily living.
