Price Guide
At Cedar Crest, our independent living residents in cottages and apartments pay an entrance fee and a monthly fee. The entrance fee is a one-time payment that is typically 85% refundable. This refund takes place when the home is re-occupied by the next resident.
Care areas have monthly or daily fees, and do not have an entrance fee.
Each area of Cedar Crest has a price guide available which provides a more detailed breakdown of fees and services.
