General Staff Rating
Care Staff Rating
I rarely review business but I felt compelled to share my family’s experience and more specifically my father’s time at Casa De Los Arboles. My father’s health had been steadily declining over the last few years and last February it got to the point where we could no longer provide the 24hr care he needed at home. My wife and I did our research, toured over a dozen facilities before a coworker recommended CDLA. She was effusive about the quality of care her mother received while there as well as how amazing and genuine the staff were. We were not disappointed. From the moment we meet the owner Daniel to when we viewed the facilities we felt that this would were my father could be safe and cared for. The staff was warm, friendly and professional, the facilities immaculate. My father’s room had every comfort we could ask for. As the Pandemic set on we were assured that every possible measure was being taken to protect the residents of CDLA and it was evident in the procedures put in place. Every day I visited my dad he was happy and joking with the staff and soon was a staple of the home. Unfortunately my dad passed a few weeks ago and he is missed beyond words. However I can say with surety that his last months were spent being lovingly cared for. CDLA provided the space and opportunity for us to enjoy our last times together. My family and I will forever be grateful to CDLA and it’s amazing staff. Thanks for being the compassionate care givers our family needed.
