Yes we do.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We are very well staffed, and all of the associates in the community work directly for Carriage House. They have varied backgrounds and training based on the department in which they work. Do you live locally? A visit to the community would be the best way to meet our team and better understand their skills.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
Our residents are offered a pendant, included in the cost, with which they are able to call for assistance. We also have security cameras throughout the common spaces.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We have a thorough resident orientation program that encompasses all aspects of the community living experience and helps our residents adjust over the first 90 days.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes, we do.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
All meals are prepared fresh from scratch. Residents have their choice of meal time and order off a menu with a variety of options.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
Our directors all have an open door policy, and are on site to address any complaints or issues in person.
What is the cost of living in your community?
It depends on what you are looking for. We offer studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and have different levels of care including independent, assisted, and memory care. Can you tell me more about the needs and interests of your loved one?
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
We make ourselves readily available for phone calls and check in often, especially with new residents.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
Yes, again it depends on the availability, size of the apartment, and care needs of the resident. It would be great if you could tell me more about what you are looking for.
