Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
It depends on what you are looking for. We stay full but if we have a room come available it sells.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We use the Teepa Snow approach and training.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
Every one of our residents has an emergency call response system.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
We do offer transportation to and from the communities.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
We offer 3 meals a day with 2 options at each meal and always available items if the resident just wants something different. Also, snacks in between meals.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
We take complaints very seriously at our communities and they are addressed by our Executive Directors.
What is the cost of living in your community?
The cost may vary depending on the resident's level of care, their med management, and the type of room.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
The families are contacted of any concerns that our staff may have, they are contacted with any injuries they may have, We evaluate the residents every year to make sure the resident is getting the correct care plan, We have in-house doctors, the families can also call with any questions.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
There is no buy-in to our communities; we are a month-to-month.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes, we strive to have our resident age in place; we have hospice and palliative. The only thing that would stop us from being able to care for the resident is if there is a port or feeding tube.
