On a beautiful day, you’ll find residents on our porch, rocking and taking in the picturesque views that give the grounds a country feel, even though Carolina Gardens is just three miles from Interstate 77, the main corridor to Charlotte and surrounding cities. Residents can walk the neighborhoods and exercise safely.
Carolina Gardens at Rock Hill is a cozy community that’s inviting for both residents and their visitors. In the main building, we have 30 apartments with three different, spacious room styles. Our sunny apartments have large windows that give residents a feeling of home.
