Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our care partners are all certified by the state. We have some staff who work with our dementia residents who are Tepa Snow certified. We have LPN’s as well as RN’s on staff. All staff is trained by our team.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our resident’s safety is our number one priority. We have aides that go around the community to ensure all our residents are safe. We have our Drs coming into our community twice a week.

Transition Support Services

We do have a transition program. Our residents that have been her for a while are mentors to our new residents.

Transportation Services

We offer medical transportation on Tuesday and Thursday. It must be within a 12 mile radius, it is first come first serve. We can also set up medical transportation, but it would be an out-of-pocket cost on the family.

Dining Experience

We serve 3 hot meals a day with snack available 24/7. Lunch and dinner we have two hot meal options. There is an always available menu in the community as well. Our chef meets with our dieticians to make sure all our residents are having a well-rounded meal. We can meet all diet needs.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Residents are more than welcome to voice the complaints to staff whenever they need. Our executive director is available 24/7 for all needs. We also have resident council meeting that meet once month.

Cost of Living

Cost of living can vary between around 7k-13k a month depending on room type, level of care, and med management.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our staff is very good at communication with families. They will be notified at any change of condition or change of medication. Families can request care plan meeting whenever they would like.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer respite stays for as little as 14 days to as much as 60 days. It is the same rate as a fulltime move in.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are pet friendly. Small dogs, cats are acceptable anything else will be up to the executive director.

We have 2 spots open at this time. We do not have a waitlist at our community currently. We currently have two openings in are AL.
