Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our staff undergo regular, monthly trainings. We have a nurse on staff, CNA’s, and med techs.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Our residents have emergency call pendants as well as emergency pull chords in their apartments. Our concierge is here from 8:00 – 7:30 and the doors lock after that when nursing staff allow guests on property 24/7. We also have hurricane and other emergency plans in place.

We have a resident ambassador and meetings with each department head.
Transportation Services
Yes. The community takes residents to the doctor within ten miles and goes on outings/shopping trips.

Our residents are offered 3 meals per day in restaurant-style dining with a robust menu.

They can first address it with staff/department heads or the executive director. There is an ombudsman if these issues are above the community addressing them.
Cost of Living
Our apartments start at $4,295 per month including utilities, weekly housekeeping, laundry, internet, and other services such as activities and transportation. Care costs start at a basic level that is included or $500 for level 1 care.
Communication with Residents' Families
Residents and family members have several opportunities to communicate with staff. There is a resident council, dining meeting with the chef, and an activities meeting. We also regularly email updates about the community. One-on-one communication is provided on an as-needed or monthly basis.

We offer respite stays in memory care at $300/day with a one month stay.
