Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
We currently have apartments available in both our neighborhoods.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We have an RN, CNA’s, QMAPS, and Care Partners. We all undergo regular training on a monthly basis. A lot of dementia training, safety, etc.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
Our Memory Support Community is a secured community and we provide regular two-hour checks on our residents (or more if requested). Our Assisted Living Community also does regular checks on our residents but they do have full access to the front door and the ability to come and go as they please.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes, to and from Doctors Appointments on Tuesday and Thursday each week.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
They can report it to staff and/or there is a card they can fill out anonymously.
What is the cost of living in your community?

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
