Overview of Our Care Team
Our Care Team is led by Health and Wellness Director Kayla Cox, a registered nurse responsible for resident assessments and care levels. Her assistant, Resident Care Coordinator Sophie Remington, a CNA and Med Technician, ensures the care plan is implemented and schedules aids and med-technicians. We maintain a licensed Med-Technician on the floor 24/7, and our CNA's and aids are scheduled based on resident numbers and care levels. All staff undergo mandatory training through Relias, and our Memory Care Team is certified through Dementia Dialogues.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
Residents are equipped with I-alert pendants for immediate assistance, and emergency pull cords are installed in bathrooms. Our receptionist manages a sign-in system to monitor building visitors, and doors are secured in the evenings with a system alerting aids for visitor entry.
