Employees who have worked for Sagora Senior Living in the Amarillo, TX area have not had a positive experience. Upper management is demanding and unreasonable, often calling out employees for issues that occurred before they began working there. The turnover rate is high, as employees are worked to exhaustion with little to no training. The Regional Residential Service Director is a bright spot, as she is a lovely person, but middle management directors are constantly being beaten down by upper management. Employees advise potential job seekers to think twice before taking a job with this company.
