Yes, we currently have a studio and a one-bedroom available.
Staff and Training
Our care team members are all certified as a home health aide or a certified nursing assistant. All care team members are certified and undergo continuous training throughout the year.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Each resident has a Designated Care Manager to oversee their care and check on them throughout the day and overnight. We have staff in the building 24 hours a day. The front door is locked from 8AM-8PM. Each apartment has an emergency pull cord in the bathroom and bedroom. Residents can also wear a pendant around the neck. All residents have an individualized care plan tailored to their specific needs.
Transition Support Services
Once a resident moves in, they are assigned a designated care manager. We also offer an Assisted Living Coordinator who oversees all our residents and care managers in the assisted living neighborhood. Each resident is introduced to other residents who have similar interests, and they will meet with the Activity Coordinator.
Transportation Services
We offer transportation to doctors within a 10-mile radius on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9AM-2PM. If an escort is needed, there is a $35 charge. We also have a bus that takes residents out on group trips.
Dining Experience
We offer 2 meals a day with a Spring/Summer – Fall/Winter menu on a 5-week rotation. It is restaurant-style dining. We also offer all-day dining if a resident is out and missed a meal. A Dietitian comes in monthly. We have a program called Tableside dining as well.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents can speak to the Assisted Living Coordinator or the Executive Director. We have a Resident Council once a month where the residents meet with the Department heads to discuss any complaints or ask questions.

Pricing varies based on the room you choose and the square footage.
Communication with Families
The Department coordinators make monthly family calls. If there is an issue or concern, the coordinator will call the family.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays. The cost will depend on the room you choose and the care level that is needed. There is a $30 a day respite fee on top of the room rate, care level, and medication level if applicable.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.
Vaccinations
We offer the flu vaccine every October and can offer the Covid booster any time.
Aging in Place
Yes, we can care for a very high level of care resident. I currently have a studio and a one-bedroom available.
