I have worked with the Brighton Court staff for the last nearly 7 years caring for their hospice patients. I have to say there is no finer a facility in the Spokane Valley! Their leadership and staff have created a real home for their residents. They care for their patients like family— because they are a family. It has been an honor to work with you. ❤️❤️❤️ Marla Lake BSN, RN

We came for the bike show as Kindred Spirits Against Diabetes. It was so much fun. Laura Awbery did a great job putting this together. Thank for letting us bring some bikes and thanks to the residents for bringing the smiles!

1 start Bc they think it’s okay that their nurses can make TikTok about overdosing dementia patients and they don’t care and over look it… sad. I would attached the video but it won’t allow videos

I have worked at Brighton Court for approx two years now. This facility has amazing staff that work together as a unit and a team to provide the best care and experience to our wonderful residents as we can. I have always been throughly pleased with the way management here is never afraid to jump in and help wherever needed and will reward and recognize a job well done. We have a strong unit here at Brighton Court and I am proud to be a part of the team.

This was the worst place ever to work at.. The clicks and the the drama are out of control. Almost all of the staff are rude and talk about employees in the office, while using foul language. The RCC is unfair with scheduling and is part of the "click". I was told I was hired as a med tech, but do more caregiving. I get behind on my med pass because I'm answering call lights, the caregiver claims I don't help enough. This isn't even half of it, as I could go on forever, but my whole point is, if you want to stay sane, do not work here.

I recommend anybody with elderly parents stay away from this place my father is currently living there and they have increased his rate for timesService is just OK and they’re cleaning is terrible

Nurses are inept. They keep hiring like they are in a competition with Walmart for most lazy staff. I wouldn’t leave a loved one here for 5 minutes. Irma and Luke are quite possibly the only soul this facility has...

My mom lives here and I feel she gets great care here. The workers are all very nice and they try to make your stay here feel like home. They have many activities and go on outings. Each month has a different theme and they decorate and have themed activities for the month. There is always something going on or folks in the halls chatting when I visit. The food is good, yes, some of it's not great, but it's always nutritious and there are other options if you don't like the main meal. Glad my mom is there.
