    Brickyard Healthcare – Brandywine Care Center is a skilled nursing facility located in Greenfield, IN that provides 24-hour skilled nursing care and a variety of services for its residents.

    In addition to offering quality long-term care, diabetes management and rehabilitation therapy, we also offer short-term assistance for those recovering from illness, injury or surgery, as well as those in the intermediate and late stages of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Our short- and long-term residents and patients enjoy spending time in our landscaped courtyards and near our peaceful fountain, or participating in one of our many different onsite recreational activities, clubs and religious services.

    Residents of our Alzheimer’s Care Units experience a beautifully designed and secure area that helps manage the behaviors associated with dementia and maintain cognitive and physical functionality, so the individual can live with respect and dignity.
