FAQs
Do you guys currently have a waitlist? Yes.
Could you share pricing and any other general information? In the brochure attached.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility? There is a training program online and in person. It’s a state requirement and they set the standards as well.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents? There are many and would depend on the resident.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? We do.
Do you offer transportation services for residents? Yes.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? Open dining 7 to 7.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? You would meet with the Executive Director and then escalate to the Ombudsman if not satisfied.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? Regularly scheduled service plan meetings.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? I’m sorry, no.
Are you all a pet-friendly community? Yes.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? Yes but only once a year pre-scheduled.
Are residents able to age in place? Yes.
Some other things to keep in mind that set us apart from the competition:
- Open dining! Our restaurant is open from 7:00am to 7:00pm for our residents to dine at their leisure.
- We are privately owned by a local gentleman named Doug Sproul. He is dedicated to the success of this community and gives us leeway to make our residents and staff “satisfied” with their decision to live/work at Boone Ridge.
- 7 day a week Nursing oversight. We currently have 3 full time nurses in our community.
- State-of-the-art Security.
- Seven days a week Activity Program with purposeful outings!
