Management are bullies which results in constant turnover among the staff. On more that one occasion caregivers and an LVN quit during a shift. Wait time on a call button can take up to 60 minutes. I asked a care giver if she had changed my family members diaper after eating lunch - her response: I don't have to because they were sleeping. The result: my mother had 6 bladder infections during the space of 11months. I heard from a former staff member that the director finally quit. Too late to help me and my family, but maybe better for the current residents.
