In order to feel content with your decision in placing a live one in a facility, one must visit frequently. My mother has been placed in the fourth floor and the staff is amazing. Mr.Campos the supervisor for the Nurses is AMAZING. He is very professional and humble. Any concerns with your family is immediately addressed. Unfortunately, the biggest problem is that not all visitors follow protocol. The main concern is that the Hasidic refuse to wear a mask and I’m this creates many issues. The Covid percent has increased due to not following rules and regulations. I believe the State must intervene! Overall, it’s a safe place for your dear ones as long as you are present and can advocate for your love ones
