No, currently we do not have a waitlist.
Payment Methods
We have 2 payment methods. Private pay is $4200. The second is based off of total income, and the client is allowed to keep $90.
Staff Variety
We have a variety of staff from CNA, LPN, Housekeeping, Activities, Business Office Manager. Our CNAs are here 24 hours a day, and 24-hour front desk/receptionist.
Transportation Assistance
No, we do not offer personal transportation, but we do assist with transportation for medical appointments.
Meal Service
We offer restaurant-style service for all 3 meals, our menu changes daily with a substitution meal visible for the tenants.
Complaints Procedure
We encourage tenants to report any complaints to any manager as soon as possible, or they can speak with the Executive Director directly.
Family Communication
Nursing will communicate with one family member that has been designated as 1st Emergency Contact.
Respite Care
We do not offer respite.
Pet Policy
Currently, at this time tenants are not allowed to have pets.
Vaccinations
Yes, tenants are able to get Covid and/or Flu vaccinations here at the facility or in the community.
Assistance with Placement
If we notice that a resident is starting to decline, we do encourage as well as assist families with finding more appropriate placement.
