Our Community in SE Hillsboro, Oregon
We are located in SE Hillsboro, Oregon and have 14 Independent Living Cottages, 65 Assisted Living Apartments of various sizes, and can accommodate up to 24 individuals in our Memory Community.
Independent Living Cottages
Our Independent Living 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Cottages feature fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, patios, decks overlooking fir trees, and more. Cottage residents enjoy three meals provided in our dining room, participate in onsite and off-site activities, and benefit from maintenance, landscaping, cable, utilities, and housekeeping services.
Assisted Living Options
For those preferring our main building, we offer a variety of One-Bedroom, One-Bedroom Deluxe, or Two-Bedroom apartments, some with decks or patios. A number of residents in our main building require very few, if any, added care services. This may be a personal preference, to support a spouse/partner, or due to mobility/ease of access to dining and other areas. In our Independent Living Cottages, direct care services are not provided.
Assisted Living and Memory Care Pricing
In Assisted Living and Memory Care, we have an Apartment base price (month to month – no buy in). Depending on the level of care an individual needs, there are Care Service Points determined via a “Level of Care Evaluation” (LOC). This evaluation assesses the daily living activities an individual can do independently and where they need support. The LOC is required by the state and conducted initially, a month after moving in, and then quarterly. This ensures everyone is informed about any necessary changes or additions to an individual’s Care Service Plan. Some residents may not require any extra services but find it beneficial to have meals, housekeeping, and 24-hour help if needed.
