At our senior living community, we specialize in skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. Our goal is to help residents recover from surgery, injury, stroke, or other health setbacks as efficiently and comfortably as possible. Our experienced and highly trained therapists are dedicated to assisting residents in reaching their highest physical goals through our Progressive Approach to Home (PATH) program.
Services Offered
We provide both respite care and short-term stays, with no minimum duration required for short-term care. Our facility ensures that residents have access to transportation for medical appointments, emphasizing convenience and ease for our residents.
Staffing and Medical Care
Our staff includes a range of healthcare professionals to meet the diverse needs of our residents. We employ Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), medication aides, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs). Additionally, we have a medical doctor (MD) who visits once a week and a nurse practitioner (NP) who is available three times a week to provide consistent medical oversight and care.
Resident Support and Grievances
If a resident has a complaint or concern, we have a formal grievance process in place to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Communication with Families
Communication with families is a priority for us. We keep families informed through a Facebook page and text message updates. For building-wide announcements, we utilize these platforms, while specific patient-related information is communicated directly to the family via phone calls.
Pet Policy
We understand the importance of pets in our residents' lives. Families are allowed to bring pets into the facility, provided they have up-to-date vaccination records.
Move-In Assistance
For residents who require assistance with moving in, we offer support to make the transition as smooth as possible. Residents have the option to bring in their own furniture to personalize their living space, ensuring comfort and a sense of home.
