Pricing for Personal Care Room
The base pricing for a Personal Care room is $4,500. If medication management is required, there is an additional fee of $350 per person. Therefore, the total monthly rate without medication management would be $4,850.
Our pricing is all-inclusive, covering:
- All meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Housekeeping services, with room cleaning twice a week
- Laundry services, handled individually to avoid mixing clothes
- Cable and WIFI
A shared room is available for $3,600.
Memory Care Room Pricing
Memory Care private rooms are priced at $6,000, with no additional medication management fee. A shared room in Memory Care is $4,800.
