Atria Living Options
Atria residents are able to age in place, offering independent living, assisted, and memory care. We are a pet-friendly community, with a one-time pet fee at lease signing of $500.00. We do have a wait list for all floor plans with the exception of our studio apartment, which is $3095 -$3395. All studios have 271 sq. feet, a kitchenette that includes a personal refrigerator, microwave, and private bathroom.
Health and Safety
One time per year, we offer covid & flu vaccines. These vaccines are administered by CVS.
Atria residents receive a call button necklace upon move in. This is a waterproof necklace and can be worn in the shower.

Transportation and Meals
Transportation to and from medical appointments is provided, however, we do not stay for the appointment.
Menus do change with the seasons and do have some changes each month. At Atria, we know how important a nutritious and delicious meal is for our residents. Our meals are prepared by our chef, Curtis Bates, and his culinary staff. Residents have a lunch and dinner choice of two entrées with dessert. In addition, if they choose, they can select options from our Anytime menu. The Anytime menu is available every day and has selections such as cheeseburgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, hot dogs, salads, etc. A hearty breakfast selection is also a favorite feature of our Atria kitchen, serving French toast with bacon, pancakes and sausage, even cinnamon rolls on Saturdays!
Our happy hours and special events also feature specialty snacks and beverages.
Respite Stay and Staff Training
Atria is happy to offer a respite stay, with a 14-day minimum. Daily cost is currently $129 + levels of care cost for med assistance and personal care. Levels of care are determined by assessment prior to move in and will be determined by our nurse, Felicia Lloyd.
Our staff brings experience and training to our community. We are enrolled quarterly in training videos. Of course, each staff member brings their education and training to our community.
We do have a wait list for all floor plans with the exception of our studio apartment, which is $3095 -$3395.
