FAQs
Do you guys currently have a waitlist? Not for 1 bedrooms or Studios.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility? We have Caregivers, Medication Technicians, and LVN’s on our care staff. All are trained at the time of hire and we have monthly ongoing training for our staff.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents? Routine checks throughout the day.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? Yes, we have Resident Ambassadors and we provide extra support from the staff for new Residents.
Do you offer transportation services for residents? Yes, we have a Bus and a Car for transportation.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? We offer anytime dining from 7am to 7pm, restaurant style.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? They would call the front desk and ask to talk with the Director for what department they have an issue with.
What is the cost of living in your community? Room Rates range from $4995./month to $5995./month for studios and one bedrooms.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? Emails go out routinely from the Executive Director.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? Yes, we have a short stay room, it’s $209/day and care charges are additional.
Are you all a pet-friendly community? Yes.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? Yes.
Are residents able to age in place? Yes – We offer 9 levels of care. Not for 1 bedrooms or Studios.
Location
We are located at 1545 Pleasant Hill Road, Lafayette, very close to the Walnut Creek & Pleasant Hill Boarders. We have both Assisted Living (including independent) and Memory Care Neighborhoods at this location. With the wide range of care and Nurses on staff 24/7 our residents are able to age in place.
Assisted Living
In our Assisted Living we have charming apartments, studios, one and two bedrooms. Included in the rent price are all meals, weekly housekeeping, laundry service, transportation and daily activities. Activities include daily exercise classes, art and craft classes, card games, discussions, nightly movies, outings and excursions and much more. With input from our residents our activities can update and change to reflect the interests of our current population.
Memory Care Neighborhood
Also at this community is a wonderful Secured Memory Care Neighborhood which can accommodate up to 22 residents. Our Memory Care is an intimate, vibrant neighborhood with a specially trained staff that provides personalized care and attention to each resident. Our whole-person approach to programming offers abundant opportunities each month for learning, creativity, exercise and spirituality.
