Independent Living Pricing:
- 1 Studio available at $1,835
- One bedrooms ranging from $1,995 - $2,480
- Two bedrooms ranging from $2,685 - $2,920 (currently all occupied)
Included in Your Pricing:
- 3 full meals a day served in our gorgeous dining room
- Weekly housekeeping with linen services included (our housekeepers’ dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, wash and change the linens on your bed, and they also clean the kitchen and bathroom)
- Scheduled transportation (to and from medical appointments, and regular trips once a week as a group to Walmart, Kroger, etc.)
- Utilities (water, electricity & cable TV)
- Plenty of Activities to keep you busy (BINGO, exercise classes, happy hours, movies every night in our theater and more)

Overview of Staff and Training
Unfortunately, we were unable to receive your call regarding the types of professionals on our staff and the training they undergo. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Safety and Well-being Measures
We take the safety and well-being of our residents very seriously. We have several measures in place to ensure their protection. We would like to discuss these measures in detail with you. Kindly inform us when you are available for a call from your Executive Director.
Resident Transition Support Services
Yes, we offer resources and support services to aid residents' transition into the community. Our resident ambassador program is designed to welcome new residents, inviting them to participate in activities and join communal meals.
Transportation Services
We provide transportation services for our residents within a 10-mile radius of the community for medical appointments. Additionally, we organize group outings once a week to restaurants and shopping trips.
Dining Experience
Our residents enjoy three full meals a day, served in a restaurant-style dining experience.
Resident Complaint and Issue Resolution
If a resident in Independent Living (IL) has a complaint or issue, they should approach our Executive Director. For Assisted Living (AL) and Memory Care (MC), residents can go to the respective AL or MC director, and the issue will be escalated up the chain as needed.
Cost of Living
The cost of living in our community varies by living arrangement. Independent Living pricing ranges from $1,995 to $2,480. Assisted Living pricing ranges from $2,700 to $3,235, with care levels ranging from $940 to $2,940. Memory Care studios range from $4,675 to $5,510 and include all care services.
Communication with Residents' Families
In our Assisted Living and Memory Care settings, our directors maintain regular contact with the families of residents to keep them updated on any changes in their loved ones' well-being.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do not offer respite stays at our community.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. There is a one-time pet fee of $500.
