Yes, in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Specific floor plans for Independent Living.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

Staff is made up of Department Directors, (10 directors), they manage teams that consist of, Care staff, Medication technicians, maintenance techs, Housekeeping, dining staff, restaurant managers, kitchen staff, receptionists, concierge, engagement associates. Atria requires ongoing training for each area that must be completed each quarter, as well as quality enhancement guidelines that must be followed and graded twice per year.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

24 hour staff, daily resident safety checks for Independent residents, and alert pendants provided for each resident in Independent and Assisted.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

Concierge will assist in acclimating the resident upon arrival and Atria has a resident ambassador program to ensure that each resident has a “buddy” when they move in to invite them to meals and activities.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

M-Friday. We have 2 buses and one Lincoln town car. Transportation is from 9-4pm for appointments and shopping. 10-mile radius of community. Mileage will be charged for over 10 miles and a 72-hour notice.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

We offer 3 chef prepared meals per day and a bistro option from 9am-3pm.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

They would need to speak to the department director that the complaint pertains to (housekeeping, dining, nurse, etc), and if the issue is not resolved, meet with the Executive Director or Assistant Executive Director.

What is the cost of living in your community?

IL apartments begin at around $5195 per month, AL at $4095 plus care costs, and MC, $5395 for a shared suite and $8595 for a private.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

Families receive emails for general communication for the community. The family must be listed as an emergency contact. The concierge and/or the Executive Director will contact family if the resident is not living well or if it has been observed that they need more assistance or care.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays?

Yes, 30-day minimum stay for AL and LG. How much does this cost? $100 per day is the rate for Independent living and rates vary depending on apartment that is set up for the respite in AL/MC. Care is also added to the daily rates. E.g. Studio apartment, $169 per day, plus care costs.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes, $600 1 time pet fee, $25 per month. 30lb limit.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Flu vaccine clinics are provided each Fall, there is an option for a covid vacc at that time as well.

Are residents able to age in place?

We are not considered a CCOC, but with our three neighborhoods, residents can progress in their care needs. We do allow hospice in the community and many residents have assistance with the 3rd party home health that has an office on site. They can provide a la carte services to our Independent Residents, PT, OT and ST, as well as nursing services. Our Assisted living and memory care are considered “social models”, with discreet care provided and an emphasis on engagement. Skilled nursing is not provided.
