FAQs
Do you guys currently have a waitlist? Yes, we do have a Waitlist.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility? We have Office and Maintenance Staff only. We do not have any medical staff.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents? The location of our Building and the Building itself is very secure; however, we are an Active Adult Independent Living Community.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? We can help with questions and recommendations during move in, but do not provide move in services.
Do you offer transportation services for residents? We have a Van that takes Residents Grocery Shopping several times per week, lunches out once per month, trips to Casino once per month and Doctor’s Appointments within a 10 mile radius as the Van schedule permits.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? We do not have a Meal Plan.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? Resident will call or come to Office.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? Unless emergency, we do not communicate with Family as we are independent living.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? We do not, we only offer 12-month leases.
Are you all a pet-friendly community? We are a Pet Friendly Community.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? We offer this only one-time per year.
Are residents able to age in place? We offer only Active Adult Living. Yes, we do have a Waitlist.

Our Apartment Homes offer a variety of floor plans to select from, all of which include stainless-steel appliances, full size washer and dryer, programmable thermostat, 3-speed ceiling fans, granite counter tops, pendant lights, hard-wood style flooring, arched doorways, crown molding, wood-framed windows, wood blinds and private patios and balconies.
