Do you guys currently have a waitlist? No, because we have availability!
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility? Our team includes Nurses, Doctors, Med techs, nurse’s aides, caregivers, directors of activities, sales, executive director, business manager, and a full team through our rehab program; Agelility.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents? We have a security team, and our front entrance door remains locked.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? Absolutely. We have a lifestyle 360 coach and an ambassador group of residents that are supportive in this.
Do you offer transportation services for residents? Yes. We have a shuttle bus.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? Please see attached.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? Call the front desk, and we will instruct/handle it from there based off the issue.
What is the cost of living in your community? Rates vary depending on AL or IL and the level of care needed. Give us a call to go more in detail!
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? There are routine monthly or scheduled meetings with families. In between, we do calls for updates.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? Yes. IL starts at $165/day and AL starts at $240/day.
Are you all a pet-friendly community? Yes.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? Yes.
Are residents able to age in place? Yes.
