Continuing Education & Training
Our executive team attends Leading Age for Continuing Education, and our medical professionals receive their required CEs at the community, online, and at surrounding tech schools & hospitals. We conduct all employee training annually for all areas of the community.
Security & Safety Measures
Our building is locked at all times, with hospitality officers covering evening shifts. Emergency pull chords are installed in all units, and every resident receives an emergency pendant with a tracker for all 50 acres of the community. All Independent residents have the option to set up a check-in on their Wellzesta app.
New Member Transition
The Marketing team, Move coordinator, Director of Resident Services, and resident Welcome committee assist with new member transitions into the community.
Transportation & Dining
Scheduled transportation is included, and residents can get additional transportation for a fee. You have 510 pts. to use throughout the month for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner with grab n go options to fine dining.
Communication & Services
24 hrs. for a call or email response, then it depends on the issue. We no longer offer respite stays due to being full in all healthcare areas for our current residents. We are pet friendly. Covid boosters & Flu shots are provided in the community.
Aging & Accommodation
You can age in place, but we don't recommend it. Our waitlist is 1 year.
