Arbor Assisted Living
Arbor Oaks is the ideal choice for seniors who want to maintain their independent lifestyle in a comfortable, homelike setting. Close to shopping, professional offices and entertainment. Arbor Oaks offers a wide range of social and recreational opportunities, as well as many other services and conveniences.
Private Suites Monthly Rent (includes Arbor Living services)

- “H” Model $4,200
- “C” or “D” Model $4,500
- “A” Model (1-BR Suite) $4,900
Non-Refundable Admission Fee
$3,500 one-time fee upon move-in
Personalized Arbor Assisted Living Service Fees (Level of Care)
To ensure continuity of care, Arbor Oaks offers a full range of personalized assisted living services (Level of Care). These services provide residents additional support with the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), which include bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulating, dining, toileting and incontinence management. The Personalized Assisted Living service fees are based on the level of care the resident requires; that is, the extent of assistance the resident needs to perform his or her ADLs and whether he or she needs to be “cued” or reminded to carry out these activities. Our resident care staff, in consultation with the resident’s personal physician, will assess the resident’s specific needs prior to his or her moving to Arbor Oaks. The fees for our different levels of care are as follows and are in addition to the base monthly rent:
- Arbor Living Included in base apartment rent
- Medication Management $300 per month
- Diabetic Care (Insulin/Glucose Monitoring) $125 per month
- Level I $400 per month
- Level II $600 per month
- Level III $800 per month

Arbor Evergreen Program
For residents with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia-related illnesses requiring specialized support, the Arbor Evergreen Program provides expanded services through a more protective and supportive environment and enhanced staffing.

Companion Suite with Shared Bath Monthly Rent
- “A” Model (private bed/shared bath) $4,650
- “H” Model (2-bed companion) $4,000
- “H” Model (split plan) $4,300
Non-Refundable Evergreen Admission Fee
$3,500 one-time fee upon move-in
Other Service Fees
- Respite Care (based on availability) $200 per day for Assisted Living
$225 per day for Evergreen - Day Care $175 per day
- Second Related Resident $1,300 per month
