Leadership Team, Care Staff & QMaps, & Culinary Team
On our Leadership team we have our Executive Director, Senior Wellness Director, Director of Community Relations, Business Office Manager, Assisted Living Coordinator, Reflections Coordinator, Executive Chef, Maintenance Director, Life Enrichment Coordinator, Community Relations Associate, & Two Wellness Nurses.
Resident Well-being
Well-being of each resident is different and unique to them. We have personal Care Plans for each of our residents to ensure their safety & getting the care they need. Our Care Staff & QMaps are here 24 hours and Front Desk is here for 12 hours.
Transition into Community
The transition into a community for a potential resident is different for everyone. I have seen where there is family support, home health support, hospice support, referral support, etc. It all is determined on what the potential resident already has in place and what could be beneficial for them as well.
Transportation Services
We do offer transportation. We have a car and a bus. We offer scenic drives and medical transportation. We just need time before a medical transportation to have it on the schedule.
Dining Experience
Our Dining Experience is all day dining. We offer an All Day special, a Lunch Special and a Dinner Special. As well we have an Anytime Menu as well. We just had a fabulous Thanksgiving lunch that our residents and families really enjoyed!
Complaint Resolution
We have a form for any family or resident who has a complaint. Our Executive Director will address it personally with the correct department head and will have a resolution and will have it documented as well.
Assisted Living & Memory Care Costs
Assisted Living starts out at $5,250.00. The Resident who also have a Care Plan in Assisted Living. Our lowest Care Plan starts at $900. Memory Care (Reflections) starts out at $7,990.00. Care is included in Rent.
Community Wide Communication
Community Wide communication with families happens via email with our Lead Concierge. This is for any events or things that are happening in our community. Resident specific communication will be handle with each department head. For example, if it was a Care issue you would be talking to our Assisted Living Coordinator & our Senior Wellness Director.
Respite Stays
We do offer respite stays but our minimum is 30 days. The rate for that is $250.
Pet Friendly Community
We are very pet friendly community. We have about 4 dogs & some cats as well.
